Q. Who are you and what do you do?
A. Florida Pro DJs is a full service production company specializing in teen events. We do everything from concept to teardown.
Q. Is Florida Pro DJs insured?
A. Yes, of course!
Q. Other than music, what does Florida Pro DJs provide?
A. We can provide multimedia production, graphic design, intelligent lighting, live video simulcasting, trussing, and staging.
Q. How do I find out how much Florida Pro DJs charges?
A. Through our interactive quote system. Check out www.flprodjs.com and click on “Book Your Event” at the top of your browser. Through our interactive quote system.
Q. Can we meet with a Florida Pro DJs staff member before our event?
A. Of course! Just set up a meeting with our office and stop by! We are at 825 18th Street Suite 200, Vero Beach FL 32960. Remember to make an appointment before swinging by, as we are open by appointment only.
Q. If I have certain songs I want played, how do I go about telling my DJ about it?
A. All of our clients have access to our online Client Area. It is accessible through www.flprodjs.com and clicking on “Client Area” at the top of your screen. Once you have completed inputting your event date and the password given to you, click on “Music Requests”. Once there, you can search for your song. Please note: If you for sure want a song played at your event, be sure to request it beforehand using this system, or we can’t guarantee that we will have the song at your event.
Q. What else can I do in my “Client Area”?
A. You can plan every element of your event from the entertainment perspective. We have planning forms, timelines, and even your post event survey.

Q. I see “Guest Requests” on the top of the Florida Pro DJs website. What is this?
A. “Guest Requests” is a service we offer that allows your guests to make requests before the event. This is a lot like your Music Request system inside of your client area, but without the ability to say “Must Play”, “Play if Possible”, and “Don’t Play”. We provide you with a password, and then you distribute this to your guests.
Q. What are some add-ons that Florida Pro DJs offers?
A. We offer custom gobo projection, confetti cannons, party props, and more!
Q. How much time do you need to get into the venue (set-up)?
A. Depending on what package we agree upon, it can be up to four or five hours or as little as one hour.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, the normal amount is 30%
Q. What equipment does Florida Pro DJs use?
A. We only use PROFESSIONAL equipment. We spare no expense for your event. Brands include Pioneer DJ, JBL, Crown, Numark, Arkaos, SKB, Marathon, Serato Audio Research, Shure Audio, Sony, Apple, Global Truss, Chauvet Lighting, Martin Lighting, Elation Lighting, American DJ, and Elektralite Lighting are just some of them.
Q. If I need to make an announcement at my event, how do I do it?
A. No problem! Just come talk to the DJ, and we will provide you with a Shure Wireless microphone. It has a range of about 9 football fields, so don’t go to far! ☺
Q. After the event is over, then what?
A. Our crew tears down (which can take from 30 minutes to 3 hours). We can accept payment onsite through cash, check, or credit. If you chose, you can send the payment to our office the next business week.
