2. Independent DJ Contractors

All DJs listed on FloridaDJs.com are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of FloridaDJs.com.

Any agreement, booking, contract, or transaction entered into is solely between the client and the individual DJ. FloridaDJs.com is not a party to any such agreement and does not control or supervise the services provided by any DJ.

3. No Liability for DJ Actions

FloridaDJs.com expressly disclaims any and all liability for the actions, omissions, conduct, services, or behavior of any DJ listed on this platform, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to appear at an event
  • Quality, performance, or suitability of services
  • Disputes over pricing, deposits, cancellations, or refunds
  • Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss
  • Misrepresentation of experience, equipment, or qualifications
  • Any communication or agreement made between client and DJ

By using this website, you agree that FloridaDJs.com is not responsible for the outcome of any interaction, booking, or agreement made with a DJ found through the platform.

4. Direct Dealings with DJs

When you contact a DJ through FloridaDJs.com, you are communicating directly with that DJ. FloridaDJs.com does not manage, supervise, guarantee, or enforce any agreement between clients and DJs.

We strongly recommend that clients:

  • Verify the DJ's experience, reviews, and references independently
  • Use a written contract for all bookings
  • Confirm pricing, setup requirements, travel fees, and cancellation policies in writing
  • Never send payment without a signed agreement

All payments, contracts, and arrangements are made directly between the client and the DJ.

5. Accuracy of Listings

Information displayed on DJ profiles is provided by the DJs themselves. FloridaDJs.com does not independently verify the accuracy of profile information, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing
  • Availability
  • Experience
  • Equipment
  • Photos
  • Travel distance
  • Service areas
